Biography
Kim Jong-suk, according to Kontsevich ’s transcription system - Kim Jonsuk ( cor. 김정숙; born November 15, 1953 , Seoul ) is a South Korean opera singer [1] , the acting first lady of the Republic of Korea and wife Moon Jae In , the 12th president of the Republic of Korea . [2]
She received a bachelor of arts degree in vocal music from Gyeonggi University, where she met Moon Jae Ina.
She was given the nickname "merry lady" because of her light character.
I met my future husband while studying at Gyeonggi University. Their relationship began to develop after the loss of consciousness of Moon Jae In due to tear gas during the protests against Park Jung Hee .
Kim Jong-suk and Moon Jae-in married in 1981 [3] after she proposed to him, which was almost unheard of for South Korea.
She became the first lady of the Republic of Korea during the inauguration of her husband as president on May 10, 2017.
