Biography
From the family of the Jewish private gunsmith Moses Moiseevich Nevler, identified in 1901 under the public supervision of the police [2] . Higher education. The younger brother of a professional revolutionary and party worker Pavel Moiseevich Nevler, who left the recollections of People in the Matting about the Izhevsk-Votkinsk uprising .

- Arrested on March 20, 1938.
- April 26 sentenced to capital punishment. Shot the same day.
