Ivan Ivanovich Podzharov (born October 8, 1951 , the village of Rybachye , now the Tatarbunar district of Odessa region ) is a Ukrainian leader, chairman of the Kiliysky district state administration of Odessa region. People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 1st convocation (in 1990-1992).

Biography
Born into a peasant family. In 1966 he entered the Ananyevsky Agricultural College.
In 1969 he graduated from Ananyevsky Agricultural College with a degree in accounting, an accountant.
From June to November 1969 - Deputy Chief Accountant of the collective farm "Progress" in the village of Rybatsky, Tatarbunarsky district of Odessa region.
In November 1969 - November 1971, he served in the Soviet Army, military unit 03139.
In November 1971 - May 1972 - economist on rationing wages of the collective farm "Progress" in the village of Rybatsky, Tatarbunarsky district, Odessa region. In May 1972 - August 1975 - chief accountant of the Shevchenko collective farm in the village of Nerushai, Tatarbunarsky district, Odessa region. In September 1975 - March 1979, he was the chief economist of the Border Guard farm, the village of Leski, Kiliysky District, Odessa Region.
In 1976 he graduated from the Odessa Institute of National Economy with a degree in agricultural planning.
Member of the CPSU from 1977 to 1991.
In April 1979 - October 1981 - Chairman of the Planning Commission of the Executive Committee of the Kiliysky District Council of People's Deputies of Odessa Region. In October 1981 - April 1992 - Deputy Chairman of the Executive Committee - Chairman of the Planning Commission of the Kiliysky District Council of People’s Deputies of the Odessa Region, Secretary of the Party Organization of the Office of the Kilii District Executive Committee.
On March 18, 1990 he was elected People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 1st convocation, 2nd round, 56.35% of the vote, 3 candidates. Member of the Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the activities of the Councils of People's Deputies, the development of local self-government. June 18, 1992 resigned in connection with the appointment of the Representative of the President of Ukraine.
In May 1992 - August 1995 - a representative of the President of Ukraine in the Kiliysky district of Odessa region.
In August 1995 - April 2000 - head of the financial department of the Kiliysky district state administration of Odessa region.
In April 2000 - March 7, 2005 - Chairman of the Kiliysky district state administration of Odessa region. Member of Odessa Regional Council (since 2002).
From July to October 2006 - Head of the Department of the State Treasury in the Kiliysky District of Odessa Region. In 2006-2008, he was the Head of the Department of the State Treasury in the Kiliysky District of the State Road Administration of Ukraine in Odessa Region.
March 7, 2008 - January 16, 2013 - Chairman of the Kiliysky district state administration of Odessa region.
Member of the Party of Regions .
In 2010-2015, he was a deputy of the Odessa Regional Council of the sixth convocation. Member of the Party of Regions faction.
Then - retired.
Married, has three children.
