Vladimir Nikolaevich Moskovka (born December 13, 1950 , the city of Kharkov, Kharkov region ) is a Ukrainian leader, an engineer for the tool of the Kharkov experimental-experimental plant “Index”. People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 1st convocation.

Biography
Born in a working class family.
In 1968 - locksmith of a brick factory No. 2 of the city of Kharkov. In 1968-1969 he was a locksmith in the Kharkov electrical plant. He was sentenced to imprisonment for hooliganism.
In the years 1969-1970 - concrete worker SMU "Mashstroy-3" trust "Promstroy" in Kharkov. In 1970, he was a concrete worker at the Plastmasstroy SMU of the Promstroy-2 trust in Kharkov. In 1970 he was a concrete worker at the Mashstroy-3 SMU of the Promstroy trust in Kharkov. In 1970-1971 - concrete worker RSU-3 "Gorremstroytrest" of the city of Kharkov.
