Biography
Tamara Ivanovna was born on July 19, 1952.
In 1982 she graduated from the Murmansk State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in History; she was awarded the qualification of “Teacher of History and Social Studies of Secondary School”.
She started working in 1972 at school number 34, in 1976 she moved to a new school number 27, where she soon became a history teacher, and in 1987 she became a director. Awarded the badge " Excellence in Public Enlightenment ."
She was elected to the Council of Deputies of the city of Murmansk of all 5 convocations. In May 2007, she became deputy chairman of the Council of Deputies of the city of Murmansk, III convocation. In April 2011, re-elected to this position in the Council of the VI convocation.
On October 5, 2016, in connection with the election of Alexei Veller, Mayor of Murmansk, to the position of Deputy Mayor of Murmansk, she became Acting Head of the City [1] ; she remained in office until being elected Mayor in December 2016, Dmitry Filippov . On September 20, 2018, after the resignation of the mayor of Murmansk, Dmitry Filippov, she became again the acting head of the city [2] , and on October 25 she was unanimously elected head of Murmansk [3] .
