She was a member of the South Korean k-pop girl group T-ARA . In addition to performing in a group, Hyomin also starred in television series and movies . She recorded solo mini-albums Make Up (2014), Sketch (2016) . After the cessation of the existence of the T-ARA group, Hyomin appears solo, recorded the mini-album Mango (September 12, 2018).

Career
1989—2011: Beginning of a career
Park Sun-young was the only child in the family. In 1997, at the age of 8, Hyomin won the MiMi Princess modeling contest. She was known as a model and was filmed for online stores.
She studied at the talent search agency and recording company JYP Entertainment . It was thought that she would become Hyuna's replacement for Wonder Girls in 2007. [1] Before being spotted by Core Contents Media , she appeared in music videos such as SS501 “Unlock”, SG Wannabe “Smooth Break-Up” and FT Island "Heaven". Core Contents Media used it in various projects: Hwang Jung-eum , the Color Pink project with SeeYa , Davichi and Black Pearl. She also performed at a music show with Seeya during the promotion of the song “Hot Girl”.
As a member of T-ARA, Hyomin debuted in 2009. The band first performed on July 30, 2009 on the music show M Countdown with the single “Lie”.
Hyomin was a regular member of the KBS Invincible Youth show from October 23, 2009 to December 24, 2010 [2] . In November 2009, Hyomin participated in the musical I Really Like You [3] , an adaptation of the famous drama Love Truly .
In 2010, Hyomin was in the Wonder Woman project group with SeeYa and Davichi, along with her friend Ham Eun-jeong. She was featured on the SBS drama Coffee House in 2010 and collaborated with Brave Brothers to record the single “Beautiful Girl” in 2011.
In 2010, she played a supporting role for Ban Sun-nyeo on the television series My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox.
On June 14, 2011, Core Contents Media introduced Hyomin as the new T-ARA leader. At this time, the group releases a mini album by John Travolta Wannabe . Subsequently, Hyomin lost the lead to another member of the group - Park So-yeon .
In August 2011, Hyomin starred in the horror film Gisaeng Ryung .
2012—2013: Continuing a career in T-ARA, participation in the group T-ARA N4, a musical, shooting in TV shows and movies.
In 2012, Hyomin participated in the musical “Our Youth Roly-Poly” [4] with other members of the T-ARA group Park Ji-yeon and Park So-yeon . Hyomin also starred in the Chinese version of the show We Got Married , participated in the MBC fantasy sitcom The Thousandth Man . [5] In 2013, Hyomin starred in the Japanese film Jinx! [6] .
In April 2013, Hyomin, together with other members of T-ARA Eunjung , Jiyeon and a former member of the group Areum, formed a subgroup of T-ARA N4 , [7] and released a mini-album, Jeon Won Diary .
2014, 2016, 2018. Solo projects
In June 2014, Hyomin released the Make Up album with the main track “ Nice Body ”. The official solo debut took place on July 3 at the Mnet M Countdown show . July 20, Hyomin releases another single, “Fake It,” March 17, 2016 Hyomin presents another Sketch mini-album with two tracks, “Sketch” and “Gold.”
In January 2018, Hyomin ends the contract and she leaves MBK Entertainment [8] . In May 2018, Hyomin joins the Sublime Artist Agency to start a solo career in South Korea and China [9] . September 12, 2018 [10] Hyomin releases the single "Mango", January 20, 2019 the single "U U U U UM", and on February 20, 2019 the 3rd solo mini album "Allure".

Fashion Design
While working on the T-ARA "Roly-Poly" track in June 2011, Hyomin herself designs her own retro costume.
In June 2012, Hyomin, in collaboration with celebrity stylist Kim Sung-il, launches its own clothing line for the G-Market . [11] Hyomin participated in the development of 150 garments and is actively promoting the collection.
In 2016, Hyomin becomes the face of the Brave Brothers brand, the new cosmetic brand. [12] [13]
