Biography
Born on February 27, 1973 in Donetsk (Donetsk region). He received two higher educations at the Donetsk State University (1995 - qualification " lawyer " at the Faculty of Economics and Law, 1999 - qualification " economist " at the accounting and finance department). In 2009 he defended his thesis and received the degree of candidate of legal sciences . The topic of the thesis is “Legal regulation of circulation of bills in the sphere of economic activity”.
He started his career in 1992 as a lawyer at JSC AMS International, Donetsk.
In 1994, he worked as a lawyer of the mechanized column No. 31 of JSC Pivdennonezhbud, and then he went to work at the Kirov branch of Ukrsotsbank in the city of Donetsk . In 1995, he moved to a similar position at the Proletarsky branch of Prominvestbank, where he began to work as a lawyer and rose to the head of the legal sector.
