Biography
Orthodox, peasant village Teplinskogo Teplinskoy parish Krasnoyarsk district .
He graduated from the village school. Until 1892 he was engaged in fishing in the sea, then until 1902 he was a village clerk, and in 1902-1907 he was a parish clerk . Since 1894, he was the honorary custodian of the local ministerial school .
In 1907 he was elected to the members of the III State Duma from the Astrakhan province by a congress of representatives from the volosts. He was a member of the Octobrists . Was a member of the commissions on local government and fisheries.
After the October Revolution was engaged in fishing. In 1930, the Barybin family (wife Elena and daughter Maria) was dispossessed, and he himself was accused of anti-Soviet agitation . On February 28, 1930, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison by the troika of the OGPU of the Lower Volga Territory, which was replaced by expulsion to the Northern Territory . The fate is unknown.
