GC "CrashMash" was founded in February 2006 ^[1] .

In 2012, the company occupied 35% of the St. Petersburg market ^[2] . In the same year, CrashMash expanded its geography of presence, taking up the sale of facilities in the Russian Federation, including Moscow and the Moscow Region ^[3] .

In 2016, CrashMash was awarded the status of “Industry Leader” among the dismantling companies of Russia ^[4] .

In 2017, the company expanded its scope by starting the construction of its own retail and office complexes, with plans to create a network of such commercial facilities ^[5] , and also acquired the highest excavator demolition excavator (with a 60-meter arrow) Caterpillar 390DLME ^[6] .

The company has offices in Moscow and St. Petersburg. • 2010 - demolition of one- and two-story buildings, for the construction of a new building of the Alexandrinsky Theater on the embankment of the Fontanka River in St. Petersburg and the dismantling of the building in Sestroretsk . ^{[11] [12]}
• 2011 - the demolition of the Literary House on Nevsky Prospekt in St. Petersburg, as well as the demolition of the production buildings of the Keramika association and the Stroyfarfor plant on the South Highway of St. Petersburg. ^{[13] [14]}
• 2012 - demolition of the buildings of the State Industrial Institute on Dobrolyubov Avenue in St. Petersburg for the “ Embankment of Europe ” project and the dismantling of the 240-meter workshop of the “Banner of Labor named after I. In 2017, the KrashMash Group of Companies started the construction of its first retail and office complex, which is located in the Kuzmolovsky city settlement of the Vsevolozhsk District of the Leningrad Region ^[31] .

GC "CrashMash" is involved in dismantling in the framework of the Federal target program "National system of chemical and biological safety of the Russian Federation" ^[33] . Among such objects are: a chemical plant of FSUE PA KHK Yenisei in the city of Krasnoyarsk , an operating enterprise of FSUE GosNIIOKhT Shikhany in the Saratov Region, and a number of others.

In January-February 2011, during the dismantling of the Literary House ( St. Petersburg , Nevsky Prospekt , Building 68), KrashMash faced a series of pickets organized by human rights defenders that interfered with the work of equipment and protesters against the illegal demolition of the historic building ^{[34] [35]} . However, in February, the demolition of the building was completed, and the prosecutor's office recognized the demolition of the Literary House as legitimate, as its accident rate was proved, which could not be eliminated by other means than dismantling ^[36] .

In the summer and autumn of 2017 in Moscow, during the dismantling of a number of buildings on Sredny Tishinsky Lane 5/7, active protests began in defense of the Palace of Culture named after A. S. Serafimovich built in 1928-1929, for which the experts of the Moscow City Heritage did not find grounds for inclusion in the list of identified objects of cultural heritage ^[37] . After the activists appealed to the Department of Cultural Heritage of Moscow, the work was suspended, but then resumed due to the lack of obvious and documented data on the historical, architectural and memorial value of the Palace of Culture, which could allow attributing this building to objects of cultural heritage ^[38] .
