Biography
Born in 1922. Since 1944, a participant in the Great Patriotic War . Since 1950, in the organs of the Ministry of State Security of the USSR . Since 1955, he served in Foreign Intelligence - an employee of the KGB residency at the Council of Ministers of the USSR in Helsinki (under the guise of the second secretary of the USSR Embassy in Finland ). Since 1959 he worked in the central office of the First Main Directorate of the KGB under the USSR Council of Ministers .
From 1966 to 1970, the head of Division “B” of the PSU of the KGB under the USSR Council of Ministers [1] (conducting sabotage and reconnaissance work in wartime; the Division was assigned to the Separate Operational Brigade [2] and the KOS of the KGB of the USSR [3] ). Vladimirov Viktor Mikhailovich made a significant contribution to the establishment of the KOS of the KGB of the USSR in the development of the fundamental algorithms of the educational process, not only promptly supervised the courses, but also gave a series of lectures on undercover work in wartime carried out by a special-purpose group [4] .
Since 1970, a resident of the KGB of the USSR in Helsinki (under the guise of an adviser to the Embassy of the USSR in Finland). Since 1972, the head of the 12th department (political intelligence) of PSU KGB of the USSR. Since 1977, he was again a resident and head of the KGB USSR residency in Helsinki (under the guise of an adviser, since 1981 he was an adviser-envoy of the USSR Embassy in Finland). Since 1984, the head of the Office of "RT" (political intelligence) PSU KGB USSR [5] .
Since 1987 - retired. He died on February 17, 1995 in Moscow .
