Biography
During the Great Patriotic War, he fought as a part of the 1135 page regiment of the 339 rifle division, liberated Warsaw, Poznan, and was seriously wounded in the leg when the Oder was forced.
After the war, he graduated from the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus and worked as the head of the organizational department of Uvaravichi RK KPB of the Gomel region. Then - an instructor of the Gomel regional party committee, head of the Komsomol and trade union work sector, assistant secretary of the regional committee. In 1954 he was elected the second secretary of the Gomel district committee of the CPB. Since 1954, he worked in the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, and in 1960 he was elected first secretary of the Gomel RK PBC, was a delegate to the 22nd Congress of the CPSU.
In 1968 he graduated from the Belarusian Academy of Agriculture.
From 1966 to 1969 - Secretary of the Gomel Regional Committee of the CPB, then worked as chief state inspector for the purchase and quality of agricultural products. In 1966 he was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor.
He died in 1992.
