Patrick Lange ( German: Patrick Lange ; born August 26, 1986 , Bad Wildungen , Germany ) is a German triathlete , two - time world champion in the Ironman race 2017 and 2018 [1] .

Biography
Born in a family of sports lovers. As a child, he often accompanied his father to running training. From the age of twelve he began to train regularly, first in the track and field group, and then switched to a mountain bike . At the age of 14, he won the local competition U15 (1999). In 2002, he won the 120 km MTB race in Zirenberg.
