Biography
Born in 1907 in the village of Kolodnya. Member of the CPSU since 1928.
Since 1934 - in military service, public and political work. In 1934 - 1960 - in political work and command positions in aviation of the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Army, military commissar of the 73rd mixed aviation division, head of the political department of the Air Force of the 56th army, military commissar of the 74th mixed aviation division, head of the political department of the 221st bomber aviation division , Head of the Political Department of Long-Range Aviation, VGK, Head of the Political Department of the 18th Air Army, in the aviation of the Red Army.
The delegate of the XVIII Congress of the CPSU (b) and the XXII Congress of the CPSU.
He died in 1973.
