History
The college is the successor of the Slonim two-year school of nurses 1940-1954, opened March 4, 1940 (the newspaper "Free Praza" dated March 12, 1940 No. 26), which was reorganized into the Slonim Medical School 1954-2001 (resolution of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR of June 29 1954 No. 600 “On the reorganization of secondary medical and pharmaceutical schools of the Ministry of Health of the BSSR into medical schools”), renamed the educational institution “Slonim State Medical School” 2001-2009 (order of the Grodno Health Administration Go Executive Committee of February 7, 2001 No. 54 “On re-registration”), renamed the educational institution “Slonim State Medical College” 2009-present (decision of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee of March 9, 2009 No. 170 “On renaming the institution education ”).

The size of the emblem is 3/4 of the width of the flag and 3/10 of the length of the flag, the length of the inscription is 3/4 of the length of the flag.
