History

The Komi-Zyryan population of Western Siberia is descended from immigrants from the Komi Territory, the beginning of which migration dates back to the first third of the XIX century. According to legends, first in Siberia, craftsmen of the Komi from Ust-Sysolsky district went to Siberia for seasonal earnings. Then several Komi families moved to substantiate the permanent settlements. Those who left have said that they live well in Siberia, there is enough space, a good harvest will be born. Later on, whole clans moved to Siberia - usually several brothers joined their families.

According to local legend, the village was founded in 1838 by Samson Kirushev, who came to this place from the Komi region with his family. Their arrival caused a negative reaction from the Tatars - residents of the neighboring village of Chechkino , who forbade them to build on this place. Then the Kirushevs went to Moscow and received permission from the tsar for construction. Then they founded the village and named it in honor of the king's son, probably Alexander II .

The farm of immigrants was mainly associated with agriculture and animal husbandry. Arable land and mowing before the formation of collective farms had each their own, and this was fixed in the name of these lands by the names of the owners. The main crops were wheat, rye, barley, and oats. They also engaged in cattle breeding: they kept cows, sheep, horses, pigs, birds - chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys. Along with the tillage, among the Komi immigrants, forestry activities were also developed: harvesting wood for steamboats and sawn timber, and tar. A large number of lakes contributed to the development of fisheries.

Family composition displaced villagers-1844-1845's partly retained in the indigenous population of modern Staroaleksandrovki: Bulyshevy, Vetoshkin, Ignatov Karmanovs, Kononov, Kirushevy (Kirishevy) Kutkiny, Luzikovy, Misharin, Nikulin, Podlasovy, Rasputin Terikovy, Ulyashevy.
