History
In 1976, by decision of the authorities of the municipality of Almirante Brown, the barrio Loma Verde was renamed Malvinas Argentinas. In 1989, it was raised to the status of lokalidad . In 1995, a monument to the soldiers of Malvin was erected here in Puerto Argentino Square.
