The 9th edition of the Tirreno - Adriatic - a multi-day road bike race on Italy's roads between the coasts of the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic seas. The race was held from March 12 to March 16, 1974. The victory, the third year in a row, was won by the Belgian cyclist Roger De Vlaminck .
