Erika Lust ( Swedish Erika Lust , real name Erika Hallqvist, b. 1977, Stockholm, Sweden) - Swedish director, screenwriter and producer of porn films . Along with Petra Joy, Anna Span and other figures, he is a popularizer of the genre of feminist pornography [2] . Author of several books and more than 10 films [3] . Lives and works in Barcelona.

Her 2012 film, Cabaret Desire , earned her the Feminist Porn Award for the “Movie of the Year” award in 2012. She also received the Cinekink Audience Choice Award for Best Screenplay. The first two collections of her XConfessions series won her the Feminist Porn Award in the Hottest Straight Vignette nomination in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2015, the XConfessions Theatrical Cut was featured at the Chicago International Film Festival and at the Raindance Film Festival in London [4] [5] . After that, in 2016, Lust held two sold-out shows for the XConfessions Theatrical Cut at the Babylon in Berlin in February and won the Best Short Film nomination at the Cinekink Awards for the short film An Appointment with My Master .

Biography
Born in Stockholm in 1977 [6] . Since childhood, had a passion for cinema and theater [7] .
She entered Lund University , where she studied political science. There, she came across a 1989 Linda Williams book Hard Core: Power, Pleasure, and the "Frenzy of the Visible" , which later had a strong influence on her filmmaking. Also cites the movie " Lover " by Jean-Jacques Annot as a source of inspiration [8] . In 1999, she received a bachelor's degree in "human rights and feminism" [9] . In 2000 she moved to Barcelona, where she worked in production houses and attended evening courses in film production [8] .
Career
Erica made her first film, the short film The Good Girl , in 2004. It was distributed free of charge via the Internet and was downloaded over 2 million times in the first month [10] . The film was presented at the International Erotic Film Festival in Barcelona in 2005 and received the Ninfa Award.
In 2005, after this initial success, Lust founded her own studio, Lust Films [8] , which produces pornographic shorts and compilations. Her Five Sensory Stories For Her , an anthology of five vignettes [11] , including The Good Girl, won several international awards in 2007. Since then, she has regularly participated in adult film festivals.
The Last films are characterized by carefully selected actors and high production standards. Lust believes that pornographic films can also be used as an educational tool to help better understand our sexuality, to influence the perception of roles in it, to live more freely and naturally. She hopes to influence viewers' perceptions of gender roles in sexuality [12] . She considers pornography “the most important discourse on gender and sexuality” [8] .
In 2010, Erica opened an erotic online cinema, which she called Lust Cinema (lustcinema.com), which presents her own works and the works of the authors of a new wave of explicit films [8] .
The Cabaret Desire movie earned her the Feminist Porn Award in 2012. He also received the Cinekink Audience Award for Best Film.
In 2013, she launched the first crowdsourcing project in the history of adult cinema, calling it XConfessions [8] . This has become her main source of work in recent years.
Erica owns the online store store.erikalust.com, which sells her books and films, as well as sex toys and other erotic goods. Her company Lust Productions has 12 employees.
Erica has a blog, is the author of several books on sex, porn, eroticism and sexuality. Her book, Good Porn, was published in 2009 by Seal Press [13] . In December 2014, Lust held a TED-talk at TEDxVienna [14] . In a report entitled “It's Time to Change Porn,” Erica urges people to question the current state of porn, its message and the role of a sex educator. TED talk is the start of her #changeporn online campaign, which aims to challenge and change porn standards. The performance has been viewed on YouTube almost 700,000 times. [14]
XConfessions
Lust is currently making short porn movies based on crowdsourcing stories [15] . Viewers can write anonymous confessions on the project website. Each month, Lust selects two stories for which he removes short films. Eleven such collections have already been shot. XConfessions were presented at the Berlin Porn Festival in 2014 [16] [17] . In 2015, at the Raindance Film Festival in London and at the Chicago International Film Festival, a theater production of XConfessions was presented, as well as a performance by Last [18] [19] . In 2016, Lust held two XConfessions Theatrical Cut solo shows at Babylon in Berlin in February and received the Cinekink Awards New York Award for Best Short Film for An Appointment with My Master BDSM short.
