Biography
In 1953 he graduated from the Department of Chemistry of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov in 1953
In 1955, he began to work at NII-1011 ( Chelyabinsk-70 ), having worked there until the end of his life.
Vadim Sergeevich is one of the founders and managers of the radiochemical department of VNIIP [3] .
