Ferdinand Brakke ( niderl. Ferdinand Bracke ; b. May 25, 1939 , in the commune of Hamme , East Flanders Province, Belgium ) - Belgian professional road and track cyclist in the years 1962-1978. Two - time world champion in track cycling in the individual pursuit among professionals ( 1964 , 1969 ). Winner of the cycling race " Vuelta Spain " ( 1971 ). Belgian athlete of the year (1967).
