Vestienas volost ( Latvian. Vestienas pagasts [4] ; obsolete. Fezenskaya volost [5] ) is one of the 15 territorial units of the Madona region of Latvia . The administrative center of the volost is the village of Vestiena [2] .

Geography
The territory of the parish occupies 11,680.5 hectares and is located on the Vestiensky soaring Vidzeme Upland . The highest point is Mount Dravenu (282.7 m) [2] .
There are 22 lakes on the territory of the volost: Kalezers , Vieshurs , Sietnieku , Taleyas and others [2] .
History
In 1935, the area of the volost was 102 km² [6] , and the population was 945 people (450 men and 495 women) [5]
