Macrisia ( Greek Μακρίσια [2] ) is a large village in Greece . It is part of the Andricen-Cresten community (dim) in the peripheral unit of Elis in the periphery of Western Greece . Located at an altitude of 130 meters above sea level [1] , in the western part of the Peloponnese , 4 kilometers southwest of Olympia , 16 kilometers southwest of Pyrgos , 72 kilometers southwest of Patras and 191 kilometer southwest of Athens . The population of 1718 people according to the 2011 census [2] .
