VTB United League 2018/2019 is the tenth official draw of the VTB United League, an international club basketball tournament among professional teams from Eastern Europe .

Format
The tournament will be attended by 14 teams that will play in a round robin in two rounds. Eight best teams in the regular season will take part in the playoffs [1] .

In the 2018/2019 season, the sixth draw of the VTB United Youth League is held - a tournament among youth teams of 9 Russian clubs of the VTB United League, joined by Samara and Spartak youth teams from St. Petersburg .
Format
11 teams play 4 laps - paired matches at home and away. The regular season runs from October 5, 2018 to March 27, 2019 . The top eight teams in the regular season qualify for the Final in the Final Eight [17] , which will be held in St. Petersburg at Sibur Arena [18] .
