Zoya Ivanovna Tyumaseva ( August 4, 1948 , village of Frunze , Bolshe-Glushitsky district , Kuibyshev region , RSFSR ) - Russian entomologist, specialist in the study of the biology and ecology of beetles of the Coccinellidae family. He also specializes in environmental and valeological education, candidate of biological sciences ( 1981 ), doctor of pedagogical sciences ( 1996 ), professor ( 1998 ), honored worker of a higher school of the Russian Federation ( 1999 ).

Biography
In 1971 she graduated from the Natural Geography Department of the Ural State Pedagogical Institute. A.S. Pushkin in the specialty "Biology and Chemistry", and in 1978 there also graduate school in the specialty "Entomology". In 1981, at the Biological Institute of the Siberian Branch of the Academy of Sciences of the USSR, she defended her thesis on “Coccinellids (Coleoptera, Coccinellidae) of the middle reaches of the Ural River”, in 1996 at the Russian State Pedagogical University named after A.I. Herzen defended his doctoral dissertation on "Theory and practice of the environmental-valeological orientation of the system of continuing biological education." In 1998 he was awarded the title of professor in the Department of Biology, Medical Genetics and Parasitology. Since 1979 , he has been working at the Chelyabinsk State Pedagogical Institute (now the South Ural State Humanitarian Pedagogical University). Initially, at the Department of Zoology (from 1984 to 1998, she headed this department). In 1998 , with the support of the rector of the university, Professor A.F. Amenda opened the Institute of Human Health and Ecology, the ceremony was held in the presence of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region P.I. Sumina . At the institute, the department of "Valeology, life safety and medical correction" was opened. He currently heads the Department of Life Safety and biomedical disciplines at the Higher School of Physical Culture and Sports of SUSU. In 1993, at the initiative of Z.I. Tyumaseva at the university opened graduate school with a degree in entomology , and in 1996 with a degree in theory and teaching and upbringing (biology). In total, more than 20 candidate and 2 doctoral dissertations were defended under her leadership. In 2008, in honor of Professor Z.I. Tyumaseva was named a new species of butterfly for entomology - Dyspessa tyumasevae Yakovlev, 2008 . He is a member of a number of dissertation councils, in two he performs the duties of deputy chairman of the council. Z.I. Tyumaseva published over 300 publications on topical issues of entomology, methods of biological and environmental education, health conservation, including monographs, study guides, scientific articles in citation databases Scopus , Web of Science , RSCI . For great successes in scientific, pedagogical and social activities, she was elected a member of a number of public academies: MANEB, PANI, MANPO.
