Biography
Born on November 17, 1920 in the city of Kuvshinovo, Tver Region in a family of an employee.
Since 1940, after graduating from Leningrad secondary school, he entered the Leningrad Mining Institute . Since 1941 in the Red Army . Since 1941, the commander of the machine gun company, a participant in the battles for the Nevsky Piglet on the Leningrad Front . Since 1942, after the end of the Military Counterintelligence Courses, he was appointed an operative officer in the UOO NKVD USSR system - the Smersh GUK , and was injured during the fighting on the Kursk Bulge .
Since 1946, a security officer, a senior security officer at the MGB of the Ukrainian SSR in the Kherson region . Since 1951, after graduating from the School of Investigative Workers of the Ministry of State Security of the USSR, he was an investigator, since 1954 he was a senior investigator, and since 1956 a senior investigator for especially important cases of the Investigation Department of the Main Police Directorate of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs .
Since 1958, after graduating from the Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, he was appointed Secretary of the Party Committee of the GUM of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs . Since 1967, the head of the Investigation Department, since 1978, the Main Investigation Department of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs [2] .
Since 1983, retired.
