Born 08/31/1950 in Moscow.
He graduated from the Physics Department of the Novosibirsk University with a degree in Physics (1973) and a postgraduate program at the Institute of Nuclear Physics (INP) of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1978). Works in the same place: Junior, Senior (1984), Lead (2005), Chief (2008) Researcher of the Nuclear Physics Institute.
Since 1987 he has been teaching part-time at NSU: Assistant, Associate Professor (1994), Professor (2010) of the Department of Elementary Particle Physics.
He taught courses on the physics of the atomic nucleus and elementary particles, mechanics and the theory of relativity, calorimetry and particle identification in high-energy physics experiments.
