Characters
People
- Sterwell de Ville is the main villain of the film. A rich woman with a terrible character, obsessed with fashion mainly furs, for this she organized the abduction of Dalmatians in order to create a mantle out of their fur. During the treatment with Dr. Pavlov, she became kind, fell in love with the Dalmatians and was released from prison ahead of schedule, but then, under the influence of the sounds of Big Ben’s battle, her old passions woke up in her and she conceived a new abduction. However, in the end, her venture fails, and she again goes to jail, being sealed in a big cake, and her multi-million dollar fortune goes to Kevin’s dog shelter.
- Jean-Pierre Le Pelt - an old friend of Sterwell, a French fashion designer, was a poacher in the past. The owner of a fur factory in Paris. He considers Sterwell his idol, and therefore agrees to help her in the abduction of puppies to create a fur coat.
- Chloe Simon is a court supervisor who oversees Sterwell. Mistress of five Dalmatians, including a dog named “Tail” from a previous film. The only one who does not believe that Sterwell has improved for the better (as a result, her assumptions are confirmed). Despite her closed and cold nature, she is a very kind and loving mistress of her Dalmatians, with whom she is talking. In the end, she becomes Kevin's girlfriend.
- Kevin Shepert - the owner of a dog shelter. He has three dogs (Chop, Diger and Druler) and a Boatswain parrot who considers himself a dog. A very kind guy caring for a dog shelter. In the past he was convicted of stealing dogs, but in fact he took them from the laboratory in which experiments were conducted on them.
- Alonzo , Sterwell's faithful servant, appeared in the previous part of the film; in this part he abducts the Dalmatians. Suffers from stuttering . He dislikes Jean-Pierre Le Pelt, then, finally disappointed in his mistress, helps Kevin and Chloe.
- Evan is Kevin's friend and assistant. Former thief. He is also under the supervision of Chloe, and in order not to get into jail, he was forced to find work in a dog shelter.
- Mr. Rvach is Sterwell’s lawyer.
- Mrs. Agnes is Chloe's secretary.
- Dr. Pavlov is a prison psychiatrist. The author of the treatment of cruelty (which, however, does not justify itself).
- Mr. Button is the owner of a house rented by Kevin for a shelter. For non-payment of the rent, he wanted to evict Kevin along with his animals, but thanks to the intervention of Sterwell, the shelter was preserved (she acquired it and turned it into a real paradise for dogs in a short time).
Animals
- The curiosity is the only Dalmatian without spots (which makes him suffer very much). Together with the parrot, the boatswain rescues the Dalmatians abducted by Sterwell. At the end of the film, she has small specks.
- The boatswain is Kevin's talking parrot. Considers himself a rottweiler dog. At first, he could not fly until he saved Dikovinka, when she, chasing the train in which her family was being taken, fell on the rails. Together with Dikovinka rescues the Dalmatians abducted by Sterwell. He also helped his master free himself from the cell in the police station, where he was allegedly put for the theft of the Dalmatians (in fact, Kevina treacherously framed Sterwell).
- Tail - Chloe's dog. He has a wife, Dottie, and three Dalmatians.
- Dottie is the Dalmatian Chloe.
- Domino is the Dalmatian Chloe. He got his name for the ears, reminiscent of the color of dominoes.
- Ponytail Jr - Dalmatian Chloe.
- The cannon is a small thin dog of Sterwell, presented to her by Alonzo on the occasion of his release from prison. When his mistress locks Chloe in a cache, Fluff frees her.
- Chop is a small, shaggy and very biting dog of the Kevin breed of the Border Terrier . Knows how to bark in French .
- Diger is a Kevin Greyhound dog.
- Druler is Kevin's slobbering dog.
