Biography

Born March 25, 1922 in the village of Kharnevo, Kostroma region, in a peasant family.

In GURKM NKVD of the USSR since 1942. Since 1942, the operative, since 1946, deputy head of the police department in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Lithuanian SSR .
