Biography
Born March 25, 1922 in the village of Kharnevo, Kostroma region, in a peasant family.
In GURKM NKVD of the USSR since 1942. Since 1942, the operative, since 1946, deputy head of the police department in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Lithuanian SSR . Until 1962, he held the post of first deputy head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Sverdlovsk Region [1] . In 1963 he was promoted to commissar of the 3rd rank police .
Since 1962, the head of the Main Directorate of Police of the MOOP of the RSFSR . Since 1963, the Deputy Minister of Public Order of the RSFSR for the police . Since 1971, the first deputy head of the Special Directorate; since 1980, the Eighth Main Directorate (special police) of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs [2] . Since 1987, retired.
