Club career
Baiano is a graduate of the Brazilian Vila Nova Club from Goiânia, for which he played a number of games in the Brazilian Serie B in 2006. Then he played for several more Brazilian teams, and in the middle of 2008 he became a footballer of the Portuguese Belenenscia .
On August 24, 2008, Baiano made his debut in Primeira , Portugal , leaving the first team in the away match with Porto [2] . At the end of the season, he moved to another Portuguese club " Passo de Ferreira ". On September 19, 2010, Baiano scored his first goal in the Portuguese championship , reducing the backlog in the home game with Braga [3] .
In mid-2011, the Brazilian became a Braga player, for which he played for the next six years. He played in the 2016 Portugal Cup final , after which Braga was stronger than Porto in the penalty shootout and won the trophy.
On September 2, 2017, Baiano, as a free agent, signed an agreement with the Spanish “ Rayo Vallecano ”, speaking at the time in Segunda. The Brazilian helped the team to return to the example at the end of the season, and on June 28, 2018 he became a football player of the Turkish “ Alanyaspor ”.
