Knyagininsky

Knyagininskoe ( Belorussian. Knyagіnіnskay ; another variant of the name is Knyaginitsa ) is a lake in the Myadel district of the Minsk region of Belarus . Refers to the Myadelka river basin . Included in the group of Myadel lakes .

Description

The lake is located 8 km north of the city of Mjadel and about 1 km south-west of the village of Roksohi. Located in the territory of Narochansky National Park .

The area of ​​the lake is 0.12 km², length - 0.7 km, the greatest width - 0.35 km. The coastline is 1.77 km long. The catchment area is 0.5 km².

The basin of the lake is stretched in the direction from the northwest to the southeast. The slopes of the basin are gentle, up to 5 m high, on the western and southern sides - 10-15 m. The banks are steep, from the east and north low and swampy.

Knyagininsky Lake is connected by channels to the lakes Myadel and Chertok .
