History
The company was founded in 1992. For the first 15 years of the network’s development and merger in 2007 with SC International, the network formed the ninth largest association of accounting firms around the world and retained the name Nexia International. By the end of 2007, the total revenue of the network amounted to more than $ 2.2 billion, the network had 599 offices in 97 countries and more than 23,000 employees worldwide. According to 2007 results, about $ 1.78 billion of total network revenue came from Canada , Germany , Mexico , the Netherlands , Russia , South Africa and Switzerland [2] .
In 2011, Nexia International ranked 23rd in the ranking of the largest legal and accounting networks with revenue of $ 2.2 billion and a total number of partners of 2190 [3] , and a year later - in 2012, the network took the 11th line of the rating and showed revenue growth, increasing it to $ 2.33 billion. [4]
In 2017, in the ranking of “TOP-20 International Networks 2017”, the Nexia International network took the tenth line, increasing the financial result of 2016 by 4.1%, showing a total income of $ 3.21 billion [5] .
As of 2018, the network has 651 offices in 115 countries, the total number of staff is 30,757 people, of which 5,678 are administrative staff, 22,242 are professional staff, 2,837 are partners [6] .
In the ranking of “10 largest accounting and auditing companies in the world in 2018” compiled by Jornal Contábil, Nexia International took the ninth line with a financial result of $ 3.6 billion [7] .
