This game was a direct continuation of the first game released for Game Boy Color, which is the port of the Spider-Man game of the 2000th year and had a similar format.

Story
Dr. Octopus kidnapped Aunt May and again gathered the Sinister Six ; Mysterio , Sandman , Vulture , Scorpion and Craven . Spiderman must save Aunt May and stop the ominous six.
Gameplay
The player controls Spider-Man , guiding him through six levels, fighting with various younger thugs and minions, until he defeats the villains at the end of each level.
Spiderman can jump, hit, kick, collect web for cartridges, shoot web-shells, swing on the web and climb certain walls.
The design of each level consists of two stages to the third stage, which will be a battle with the bosses.
Mini-games
The secret mini-game can be unlocked on the title screen of the game. This is a variation of Game & Watch Gallery . In this mini-game will burn a huge building, and teddy bears constantly jump out of the window. Spiderman and Dr. Octopus move the stretcher around to keep teddy bears from falling and jumping into the ambulance.
