Mart-ool Kim Biche-oolovna ( 1936 - 2014 ) - Honored Teacher of the School of the Tuva Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , People's Teacher of the Republic of Tuva , specialist in the field of Tuvan linguistics, methodologist, candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor, leading researcher at the Tuva Institute of Humanitarian Studies, excellent student of public education of the RSFSR .

Biography
K.B. Mart-ool was born on August 11, 1936 on the shore of Lake Meshken-Khol Lake in the Bai-Taiginsky District of the Republic of Tyva [1] . After graduating from school No. 2 of the city of Kyzyl , she entered the Kyzyl teacher's institute. In 1956 he entered the Kyzyl Pedagogical Institute and graduated in 1962 , having received the specialty of a teacher of the Tuvan language and literature. She began her career in Teva-Khainskaya and Khayyrakan secondary schools of the Dzun-Khemchikskiy kozhuun as a teacher of her native language and literature. In 1964 K.B. Mart-ool as a qualified and capable teacher was sent as a teacher of the Tuvan language and literature to the Tuva studio of the Leningrad Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography [1] . A year later, she entered full-time graduate school at the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. A.I. Herzen , in 1969 successfully defended her thesis for the degree in teaching methods of the Tuvan language. In 1968 K.B. Mart-ool was received by a researcher in the language and writing sector of the Tuva Scientific Research Institute of Language and Literature of History. In 1970, she was transferred to the Kyzyl Pedagogical Institute as a teacher in the Tuvan language and literature department, where she worked for over 30 years. From 1973 to 1983 - Dean of the Faculty of Philology of KSPI. In 1987 , K. B. Mart-ool was elected by competition to the post of head of the department of Tuvan philology and led the department for 5 years. From 2002 to 2014, she worked as a leading researcher in the language and writing sector of TIGPI [2] .
Scientific activity
K.B. Mart-ool is the author of textbooks and methodological manuals on the Tuvan language for schools of the republic, a reviewer of many scientific and methodological works for schools, secondary and higher educational institutions. She is the author of more than 60 scientific and educational works for Tuvan schools. She co-authored dictionaries “Russian-Tuvan Dictionary of Pedagogical Terms” ( 1974 ), “Russian-Tuvan Dictionary” ( 1980 ), a textbook for the 1st grade “Uzhugel”, a curriculum on the methodology of teaching the Tuvan language at a university, a program on a special course on the methodology, a workshop on the Tuvan language, guidelines for conducting research and pre-practice for 4-5 year students to a 4th grade textbook ( 1975 , 1988 , 1992 ), to the textbook “Uzhugel” (1992) [2] . In 2002 she published the monograph “5–6 classes of Tuva dyldy bashkylaaryn methodologies”, textbooks and teaching materials - “Tyva dyldyң methodologies”, “Russian-Tuvinian dictionary of pedagogical terms”, “1-2 kurstarg of Tuva dyldy ң practitioner kichelerderini 4 programazy”, classy ңredilge nomunga methodiktig smeler ”,“ 1-class klassty өөredilge nomunga methodiktig smeler ”,“ Tyva dyldy ң programmase technique ”,“ Kirerini программ programase examination ” [3] . Scientific and methodical articles March-ool on the problems of teaching the Tuvan language in the schools of the republic is systematically published in the Bashki magazine and in the Shyn newspaper. K. B. Mart-ool played a leading role in scientific, educational and methodical work in the republic, in the preparation and formation of teachers of schools of the republic [3] . Kima Biche-oolovna in recent years has been actively and fruitfully engaged in the lexicography of the Tuvan language. She participated in the compilation of the supplemented edition of the Tuva-Russian Dictionary. She completed a dictionary of linguistic terms, begun, but, unfortunately, not completed by Professor C. C. Sat. At the end of 2013 , it was published under the name “A Brief Russian-Tuvan Dictionary of Linguistic Terms” [3] .

For many years of fruitful scientific, social and teaching activities, she was awarded the honorary titles:

It is included in the State book "Honored People of Tuva of the XX Century".
