History

On June 20, 1954, a Decree of the Council of Ministers of the USSR was issued on the creation in Novosibirsk of the Instrument Plant No. 32 (“Chemical Apparatus”) for the production of products for equipping nuclear weapons. Since 1955, the plant has been part of the structure of the 6th main department (production of nuclear weapons) of the Atomic Ministry .

In 1956, the plant began production of special-purpose diagnostic equipment developed by KB-25 ; in 1958, serial production of high-voltage automation units began. Since 1962, the construction of the first stage of the plant and the formation of units were completed. Since 1966, one of the first in the USSR, a flow-automated line for the development of the NIIIVT, began to work in the electric vacuum production of the plant. Since 1970, the plant mastered the production of special products, in the construction of which high-current microelectronic components were used.

In 1978, the Central Scientific Research Laboratory of Special Technologies (TsNILST) was organized at the plant, which worked with more than ninety research institutes of the country on the development and implementation of new technological processes [1] . Since 1975, the production of technical equipment was organized at the plant security (TCO) and development was underway to create robotic systems (RTK). Since 1990, the plant began converting its production in the following areas: products for the Ministry of Defense and other law enforcement agencies, products for nuclear power plants , products for the fuel and energy complex , the automotive industry and electric power transport .

In 1976, "for the successes achieved by the plant in the production of special equipment, production development, industrial and civil construction", the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor .
