Ozyptila scabricula

Ozyptila scabricula (lat.) - a species of spiders of the family Spider-sidewalks (Thomisidae). It is found in western and southern Europe and Asia : the Caucasus, China, Korea, and Central Asia. Active from April to September. The body length of males is from 2 to 3 mm, and females are up to 4.8 mm. The main coloration is brown with light and dark marks (millet monochromatic dark brown). Shins of the first pair of legs ventrally with two pairs of spines; pointed or clavate hairs. Pedipalps of males with tegular apophysis, epiginum with cover. The first two pairs of legs are turned with their front surfaces up, noticeably longer than the legs of the third and fourth pairs. The web is not weaved, the victim is caught with their modified front legs [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] .
