Biography

The son of a priest Cyril Blonsky . In 1854 he was ordained. He served as a priest in the Carpathian villages.

In addition to the church, was engaged in social activities. Permeated by the plight of ordinary people, influenced by the then popular social tendencies, he linked himself with the Moscow philosophy . In all his further social and creative activity, Russophile Orthodox-conservative aspirations were reflected.

Creativity

Titov Blonsky didn’t have any creative priorities, he wrote: poems, prose, drama, religious-philosophical articles, historical research and even drew, most of his works were written in tongue mixed with Church Slavonic language , which he signed with a cryptonim - B. T .; B. T.K .; T. K. B. Only a part of his works, which are stored in various archives or in manuscripts, have reached our days. The most famous was his drama "Anastasia" in 4 acts about the life of the Galician boyars during the time of Yaroslav Osmomysl . For his work "Church Painting" in 1884 received a medal of the Russian Imperial Academy of Sciences .
