Biography
Since 1957, for several decades, he was first an assistant professor, then a professor at the Department of Hydromechanics and Hydraulic Machines of the Hydropower Faculty of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute [1] . In 1978, his textbook was published for universities "Technology for the production of hydraulic machines."
He was the creator and supervisor of a new direction of engineering activity related to the calculation justification of the required accuracy of manufacturing hydraulic machines and devices based on probability theory and mathematical statistics [2] .
