Biography

Career start

He started playing football at the age of 7 at a school in Moscow CSKA . The first coach is Roman Mikhailovich Khristich. In 2015, after Khristich left CSKA, Ignatov did not find a common language with the new coaches and accepted the offer to transfer to the Moscow Spartak Academy [1] .

Since 2016, he began playing for the youth squad of Spartak, for which he debuted on July 30 in a match against Tula Arsenal (2-0). In 2016-2018, he played 21 games for the “youth team” and scored 1 goal, becoming the winner of the youth championship in the 2016/17 season . Also, in the 2017/18 season, he spent 6 matches and scored 1 goal for Spartak U-19 in the UEFA Youth League .

In January 2018, he went to winter training as part of Spartak-2 , but was soon invited to the first team of Spartak [2] . February 3, took part in a friendly game against Hebei China Fortune (1: 2) [3] . After the training camp he returned to Spartak-2 to participate in the FNL championship. On March 5, 2018, he made his debut for Spartak-2 in a home match against Fakel (0-0) [4] .

The summer training camp of 2018 was again held with the first Spartak team and took part in friendly games. In September 2018, Ignatov was included in the application of “red-white” for the matches of the Europa League 2018/19 [5] . On September 20, 2018, he made his debut for the main team of Spartak in the match of the 1st round of the Europa League against Vienna's Rapida (0: 2) [6] . On September 23, he made his debut in the Russian championship, replacing Ivelina Popova in the 88th minute of the match with CSKA (1: 1) [7] . On October 7, in a guest match against Yenisei , he entered the starting lineup and scored the first goal for Spartak [8] .

Team Career

Since 2016, Ignatov has been called up to the youth teams of Russia (under 17) , under 18 and under 19. In September 2018, as part of the Russian national team born in 2000 became a bronze medalist at the Granatkin Memorial [9] .
