Marvey Bope Bokadi ( fr. Merveille Bope Bokadi ; born May 21, 1996 , Kinshasa , DR Congo ) is a Congolese footballer , defender of the Standard Club and the DR Congo team .

Content

Club career

Bokadi began his career at TP Mazembe Club. In 2014, he made his debut for the main team. Marvey twice helped the team win the championship , as well as win the CAF Champions Cup . In 2017, Bakadi moved to the Liège Standard . On July 30, in his match against Mechelen , he made his debut in the Jupile League ^[1] . In 2018, Bokadi helped the club win the Belgian Cup .

International Career

On January 17, 2016, in an African Nations Championship match against Ethiopia, Bokadi made his debut for the DR Congo team ^[2] . On January 21, in a duel against the Angola national team, he scored his first goal for the national team ^[3] .

In January 2017, Bokadi took part in the 2017 African Cup of Nations in Gabon . In the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Ghana ^[4] , Morocco ^[5] , Côte d'Ivoire ^[6] and Togo .
