The Philotheos-Psychicon ( Greek Δήμος Φιλοθέης-Ψυχικού [2] ) is a community (dim) in Greece . Included in the peripheral unit of North Athens in the periphery of Attica . The population is 26,968 inhabitants according to the 2011 census [2] . The community area is 6.077 square kilometers [1] . Density - 4437.72 people per square kilometer [2] . The administrative center is Psychicon . In 2014, Pandelis Ksiridakis ( Παντελής Ξυριδάκης ) was elected Dimarch at the local elections.

It was created in 2010 ( ΦΕΚ 87Α ) under the Kallikratis program at the merger of the abolished communities of Neon Psychicon , Psychicon and Philothei [3] .
