The winners of the championship were the Skl team Chelsea Farley (Chelsea Farley became the champion for women for the 1st time both as a skip and as a player), who won the Liz Matthews skip team in the final. Wendy Becker skip team won bronze medals. [2]
At the same time, the New Zealand Men's Curling Championship 2015 was also held there.
Content
Competition Format
At the first, group stage, the teams play among themselves in a two-round circular system . If the number of victories in two teams is equal, they are ranked among themselves according to the result of a personal meeting, if the number of victories in three or more teams is equal, according to the results of the sum of test shots into the house ( eng. Draw Shot Challenge, DSC [3] , in centimeters; the less value, the higher the place of the team). The two best teams go to the second stage, playoffs , where they play in the final.
All matches are played in 8 ends .
