Born in 1917 in the Ryazan province. In 1935 he graduated from high school and entered the Tambov Pedagogical School , graduating from which in 1937 he began working as a chemistry and biology teacher in a rural school in the village of Mashkovo-Sulema, Tambov Region . Aware of the lack of education, at the same time he entered the correspondence department of the Voronezh Pedagogical Institute , which he graduated in 1940 [2] .
In February 1941, he left for the Soviet-Finnish war , the political leader of the tank battery. He is seriously wounded in the arm, thanks to the efforts of hospital doctors, his arm is saved, but he remains disabled .
With the beginning of World War II, he asks for the front, but receives a refusal due to disability. During the war he works as a teacher and teacher [1] .
In 1950 he graduated from higher pedagogical courses at the Moscow Pedagogical Institute. Lenin , then graduate school, and goes to work at the Borisoglebsky Teacher Institute .
In 1954, after receiving a Ph.D. degree, he was sent to work at the Ishim Pedagogical Institute as a rector. In 1957 he moved to Smolensk for a short while, and a year later he was again appointed rector of the Tyumen Pedagogical Institute , where he worked for 11 years until 1968 [2] .
By 1970, he has a Ph.D. and a professor . He moves to Ryazan , where he heads the Ryazan Pedagogical Institute , where he will work for 30 years, 16 of which as rector. During his stay at the helm, the institute develops significantly both in material and in scientific terms. During the years of Kleimenov’s leadership, the university more than once received honorary Red Banners , diplomas for victories in various competitions. In 1980, the Ryazan Pedagogical Institute was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor [2] .
He is the author of more than 45 scientific works, including several monographs . He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and the Badge of Honor [2] .
He died in 2004 in Ryazan.
