Geography
The village is located 11 km south-west of the center of the village of Klyazminsky Gorodok and 9 km east of the district center of the city of Kovrov .
History
It arose after the Great Patriotic War in connection with the development of the Ashcherinsky Dolomite deposit, was a member of the Klyazminsky Village Council , and since 2005 - as part of the Klyazminsky rural settlement .
