Million dollar abie

When National Football League Commissioner Bad Armstrong wants to expand the league, Homer puts forward a proposal to get a new Springfield franchise. At first, his family thinks he cannot do it, but Homer manages to put forward surprisingly strong arguments in defense of the new Springfield sports team.

The Commissioner narrows the choice to two cities, either Springfield or Los Angeles . Los Angeles launches anti-Springfield video featuring Rob Reiner and celebrity doubles. But franchise owners decide that Springfield is the lesser of two evils and the commissioner confers victory on him. The city begins a boom about this event. In a short time, a new Homer park is being built, the city is painted in the colors of the team (orange and purple) and all street names are changed to names associated with football (for example, Two Points Prospect, Boulevard of the Off-Season Operation on the Knee).

On the day that a new team is officially announced in Springfield, Commissioner Armstrong gets lost in all the new street names and gets lost. He stops to find the way to the Simpsons house and is greeted by Grandfather Simpson . Grandfather is not sure about this, but in the next battle he sees a bull he is going to kill, and decides to save his life. He frees all the bulls that run through the streets of Springfield, causing great destruction and injuries to residents. One bull rises to the press box by elevator and attacks the announcer, who mimics the Spanish-speaking football announcer Andres Cantor. Lisa is proud of her grandfather.
