Interesting Facts
- The series was inspired by the computer game of the same name from Namco, in addition, it showed children in an accessible form of technology ahead of their time (for example, video communications, voice control interfaces, mobile computers, satellite navigation, etc.) [3]
- In the series there are references to classic films of the 1950s, for example, the series “The Chicken Who Knew Too Much” is a reference to the film A Man Who Knew Too Much, and in the case of magic, type “M "(" Dial M for Magic ") is a reference to the film. In case of murder, type" M "by Alfred Hitchcock.
- In the cartoon, there are inconsistencies in Kuma’s sexual definition, so in the Race series, Daisy presents Kuma as “Mrs. Kuma”, while in the “Riddle 31 cents” series the abductors speak of Kuma as a male being using the English pronoun “he” (he), and Dan scolds Kumu using the word "badboy", that is, "you are bad, you villain."
- Despite the fact that Japanese artists acted as animators, the animated series is designed in the American manner, in particular, there is almost no violence in it, even the police are armed only with rubber clubs. Also in the series it is not mentioned exactly how the parents of Tess, Dan and Daisy died, only a hint is given that their death is associated with working in the "Pole Positions", as agents in the fight against crime.
