Biography
Born in 1902 in the village of Safronovka (now Korenevsky district of the Kursk region ) [ specify ] in the family of a landless peasant.
Since 1914, an employee of the iron foundry at Druzhkovo station (student, hammer-striker, copyist of cars). In 1920-1923 he was engaged in farm work , then until 1925 he worked in production. Since 1925, a worker, then a foreman of the Isnoskovsky sugar beet farm (now in the Lgovsky district of the Kursk region).
Since 1928 a member of the CPSU (b) . In the years 1930-1931 he studied at the courses of agronomists-organizers in the agricultural technical school in Kon-Kolodez (now in the Voronezh region ). Upon graduation from the technical school, he worked in the management of the beet state farms of Ivaninsky and Lgovsky districts.
Since June 1935, he has been managing the department of the Lgovskaya breeding station for growing sugar beet seeds. In the same year, he received a record crop of seeds in his plot (an average of 30 quintals per hectare). For this achievement he was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and, among other foremost workers, was honored with a reception from Stalin .
He became a member of the district committee of the CPSU (b) and the district executive committee of the Lgovsky district. In 1937 he was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR from the Dmitrievsky constituency of the Kursk region. Since 1938, a member of the Kursk District Committee of the CPSU (b) and the Kursk Regional Executive Committee, deputy director, then (until March 6, 1941) the director of the Kursk Sakhsweklotrest. In March 1941, he was sent to Shebekinsky District (now in the Belgorod Region ) as the first secretary of the VKP (b) District Committee.
In the initial period of the Great Patriotic War, he was engaged in organizing evacuation and defense activities, preparing the partisan underground. During the occupation Shebekin was at the disposal of the party organs in Kursk , then in the town of Yelets, Oryol Oblast (now in the Lipetsk Region ). After liberation, Shebekin took up his former position, supervised restoration work in the area.
Since December 1946, on leave for health reasons. He died on April 24, 1947. He was buried in Shebekin at the entrance of a machine-building plant on Oktyabrskaya Street.
