Yuki Hino was born on April 17, 1902. All her life she lived in the city of Sado , on the island of Sado in Niigata Prefecture , Japan . She was the seventh oldest living person in the world, after she was verified by the Gerontological Research Group .
Yuki Hino died on January 13, 2017 in the city of Sado , Niigata Prefecture , Japan at the age of 114 years and 271 days. She was the last Japanese woman who was born in 1902, and also the oldest living person in Niigata Prefecture. After her death, this title passed to Kiku Osama , who lived 113 years and 178 days.
