Mitnik, Petr Epifanovich ( November 17, 1865 , Yerevan - November 11, 1921 , Vladikavkaz ) - a doctor, owned a clinic in Vladikavkaz . Born in the family of Epifan Nikolaevich and Daria Andreevna Mitnik. He graduated from the full course of the 2nd Tiflis Classical Gymnasium, from 1890 he entered the Military Medical Academy in St. Petersburg . He continued his studies in Kharkov . Received a diploma from the county doctor. In 1900, he married Lyudmila Aleksandrovna Kosobryukhova and continued his medical activities as a doctor in his own clinic in Vladikavkaz. Hospital P.I. Mitnik in Vladikavkaz was located at the intersection of Gimnazicheskaya and Pavlovsky Lane, in the building of a two-story mansion of the merchant Dmitry Yastremsky, it was transferred to the infirmary during the First World War ^[1] .

I was personally acquainted with S.M. Kirov , when he came to Vladikavkaz under the pseudonym and visited the Serebrennikovs, he made a joint ascent to Kazbek ^[2] . He worked with Kirov in the editorial office of the newspaper Terek and Political Red Cross ^[3] . He was a member of the commission for charity of wounded and sick soldiers, established by the city government of Vladikavkaz during the First World War ^[4] .
