The publication is “the only hand-written newspaper” [1] [3] . Its founder, a 37-year-old former journalist for the Traiding Post , stated that his goal was “to disseminate interesting, factual information to Pentecost residents.” [2] Hango writes each copy of the newspaper completely by hand and distributes it at Sarah Airport and at the Penama Provincial Government Council in Saratamat. [2] After the first widespread publication of the newspaper, the author “received congratulations and best wishes for his exemplary efforts to carry out such an initiative” from the Solomon Times [4] .
In April 2008, Hango visited the capital of Vanuatu , Port Vila , to officially publish his newspaper in the hope of its further development [2] . In July of the same year, Radio Vanuatu reported that “the newspaper will be printed and distributed in the cities of Port Vila and Luganville ” [5] .
