Buseva-Davydova, Irina Leonidovna

Irina Leonidovna Buseva-Davydova (born February 15, 1952 , Ivanovo , USSR ) [1] - Soviet and Russian art historian specializing in ancient Russian art. Doctor of Art. Laureate of the State Prize of the Russian Federation (1999), corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Arts (2012). One of the authors of the Great Russian Encyclopedia .

Biography

Graduated from Moscow State University . M.V. Lomonosov ( Department of Art ) in 1975, graduate school - in 1978 (Ph.D. thesis : "The problem of" Naryshkin style "in Russian art of the second half of the XVII century.)). Supervisor - Professor M. A. Ilyin . Doctoral studies at the NIITAG , (1990-1991), Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts (Department of Art Criticism and Art Criticism, 2012), Doctor of Art Criticism (2005, “17th Century Russia: Culture and Art in an Age of Change”) [2] .

Creator of the World of Childhood Museum in the Vyatskoye Historical and Cultural Complex (Yaroslavl Region).
